CSLA ERP End-User License Agreement

Effective October 14, 2026

CSLA ERP is software owned by Cinema Support LA ("CSLA") for running CSLA's own business. This agreement covers its use.

Who may use it

CSLA grants its employees and authorized contractors a license to use CSLA ERP for CSLA business only, through the account CSLA gives them. The license ends when that account is turned off. No one else may use, copy, resell or sublicense CSLA ERP.

QuickBooks Online

CSLA ERP can connect to CSLA's own QuickBooks Online company, as described in the privacy policy. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Intuit does not make, endorse or support CSLA ERP. The use of QuickBooks itself is governed by Intuit's own terms.

No warranty

CSLA ERP is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, CSLA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
