Cinema Support LA
CSLA ERP Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
CSLA ERP is the internal business software of Cinema Support LA ("CSLA"), a film equipment rental company in Los Angeles. Only CSLA staff use it. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.
What CSLA ERP connects to
A CSLA administrator can connect CSLA ERP to CSLA's own QuickBooks Online company. Once connected, CSLA ERP reads that company's accounting records: customers, vendors, accounts, and transactions such as invoices, payments, bills, bill payments, expenses, deposits, transfers and journal entries. It does not read payroll or employee records.
CSLA may also use CSLA ERP to create bills in CSLA's own QuickBooks company, such as payments owed to equipment consignors. Each one is approved by CSLA staff before it is created.
How the data is stored and protected
- The data is kept in CSLA's own database, hosted by Supabase in the United States. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Only authorized CSLA staff can see it, through a signed-in account.
- The keys that let CSLA ERP reach QuickBooks are kept on the server. They are never sent to a web browser or shown to anyone.
Who the data is shared with
CSLA does not sell this data or share it with anyone for marketing. It is processed only by the service providers that host CSLA ERP on CSLA's behalf, Supabase and Cloudflare, and disclosed otherwise only when the law requires it.
How long it is kept
CSLA keeps the data as part of its business records for as long as it uses CSLA ERP. Disconnecting CSLA ERP from QuickBooks stops any further reading at once. CSLA can delete the stored copy on request.
Disconnecting
A QuickBooks administrator can disconnect CSLA ERP at any time. In QuickBooks Online, go to Apps, then My apps, find CSLA ERP and choose Disconnect.
